We see so many images every day. Most of them are more or less meaningless

and pass our mind like a wind. But among the vast stream of images there are the occational few which make a difference and
stay on our minds. In my opinion that is enough definition for a good photograph: it is being remembered. It is some of that kind of images that I'm featuring as the
'Images of the Week'.
This week I'm highlighting some
non-human street photographs. Basically street photography is about humans, their environment and the connection between those two items. The candid and the often humorous viewpoint make the final touch. But sometimes a good street shot doesn't need the human factor. Or should I say the DIRECT human factor. Once humans have left the scene the result is sometimes more interesting than it would be with them still present. Take a look at these shots;

I like those shots a lot. I bet there are a hundred more out there but these were the only ones I could find from my

folder. Search for more and you'll be amazed.
And a bit of self-promotion;

Have a nice beginning of October everyone!
P.S. I am now attending a photography course at the local community college so perhaps I learn something new and get some fresh ideas.

"To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour."
