How to use this texture in Photoshop:
Paste this texture on a new layer (topmost layer)
This texture is in color and according to my experience it's good to turn it into monochrome for better usability
Set the layer blending to a desired setting. I use mainly 'screen' or 'soft light' depending on the situation.
Set the layer opacity to a desired level.
It might be good idea also to use a layer mask with gradual fill to make the snowfall visible mainly in the sky, not so much on the ground. That way it will look more realistic.}

Now this is an example of a very generous artist! He lets others use his work to improve or give a different effect to there art work and he hasnt just done this ! hes given advice on how to use them and examles of his own work which are AMAZING ! ! ! !
And moving from this and to the art. I think the snow effects are incredible and make any ones art into a masterpiece ! Thank you wildc for creating this and I think many other deviants would be very happy that you have made something to help them. Thank you x
