How to use these textures in Photoshop:
:bulletblack: Paste the snowing texture on a new layer (topmost layer).
:bulletblack: Set the layer blending to a desired setting. I use mainly screen or soft light depending on the situation.
:bulletblack: Set the layer opacity to a desired level.
:bulletblack: It might be good idea also to use a layer mask with gradual fill to make the snowfall visible mainly in the sky, not so much on the ground. That way it will look more realistic.
