How to use this texture in Photoshop:
:bulletblack: Paste this texture on a new layer (topmost layer)
:bulletblack: This texture is in color and according to my experience it's good to turn it into monochrome for better usability
:bulletblack: Set the layer blending to a desired setting. I use mainly 'screen' or 'soft light' depending on the situation.
:bulletblack: Set the layer opacity to a desired level.
:bulletblack: It might be good idea also to use a layer mask with gradual fill to make the snowfall visible mainly in the sky, not so much on the ground. That way it will look more realistic.
